CULLMAN — The 14th class of the Cullman County Sports Hall of Fame has been determined.

After recently narrowing the list of semifinalists to 30, the CCSHOF board further whittled the candidates to 11 finalists.

This year’s new members are as follows: Ginger Holt, Bob Kurtz and Phil Freeman, representing Cullman and St. Bernard; Edward “Mickey” Campbell, Cold Springs; Olin “Bo” Bolzle; Roger Pierce, Good Hope; Nancy Horton and Randy Putman, Hanceville; Jerry Weathersby, Holly Pond; Huelee Adams, Vinemont; and Donald Drummond, West Point.

The 2013 class will officially be inducted at a ceremony on April 27 at the Cullman Civic Center. Tickets, which will cost $20 and include dinner, will go on sale on March 15 at Peoples Bank in Cullman.
