Fairview claimed a pair of runner-up finishes at its Chesley Oaks Spring Classic on Tuesday, one as a team and the other by Trey Hanvey.
Hanvey anchored the Aggies with a 76, only two strokes back of low medalist Anthony Lumpkin from Douglas. Seth Lancaster (81), James Arnold (89) and Austin Scott (99) rounded out the hosts combined total of 345, which was second only to White Plains (318).
Hayden Maples was the top dog on the second team Fairview fielded with an 82.
Cold Springs’ Layne Rice hovered around the top of the leaderboard with a 79. Teammate Tristan Wlliams carded an 88.
