PREP BASKETBALL: Cullman Christian gets back in win column with 52-24 victory over Cornerstone

The Cullman Christian varsity girls rebounded from their second loss of the season with a 52-24 victory over Cornerstone on Monday night.

The Lions’ record now stands at 17-2 on the season, with a perfect 5-0 mark in area play.

Haley White led the way with 23 points, four steals and three assists. Teammate Yancey York produced a double-double of 16 points and 12 rebounds as well.

Jordan Canaday added seven points, seven assists and five steals, while Eliza Siegenthaler (two points, eight rebounds) and Louanne Stillwell (four points) also contributed in the win for the Lions.

Cullman Christian will take on Brookline on Tuesday.
