Violation-Gold Buyers Act — Clarence Carlton Jacobs, 56, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic violence — Kenneth Wayne Smith Jr., 36, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of marijuana — Daniel Scott Smith, 18, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NE.
Resisting arrest — Molly Elizabeth Hone, 20, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NE.
Receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jeffrey Thomas Graves, 38, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.
DUI-alcohol — Brandy Michelle Luna, 35, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. at 9th St. SW.
Public intoxication — Andrew Ryan Hancock, 24, of Mt. Olive arrested on Main Ave. at Cherokee Ave. SW.
Public intoxication — Cody Allen Hancock, 24, of Bremen arrested on Main Ave. at Cherokee Ave. SW.
Incidents
Theft of property — Pepsi Cola Distributing, 2nd Ave. NW, U.S. currency-$180.
Fraudulent use of credit/debit card — Acceptance Insurance, Compass Way SW, card charges-$6,000.
Harassment — 3rd St. SE.
Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. NW-$1, arrest made.
DUI-alcohol — City of Cullman, Main Ave. SW, arrest made.

Arrests
DUI-alcohol — Julio Guzman, 37, arrested on County Road 437.
Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card (2 counts), intimidating/tampering with a witness — Joshua Finley, 25, arrested on County Road 588, Hanceville.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — James Partain, 47, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Bobby Leak, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts) — James Burbanks, 44, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Christopher Davenport, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Christopher Chaney, 31, arrested on County Road 944.
Illegal possession of alcohol — Clinton Robertson, 39, arrested on Highway 231 S.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance-meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, traffic offense — Adam Pace, 24, arrested at the intersection of Highway 278 at County Road 1154.
Incidents
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — County Road 468.
Burglary — County Road 1776.
Theft of property — County Road 310.
Criminal trespassing — County Road 1511.
