Highs in the mid 60s. South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 45 mph becoming southwest 10 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain 100 percent.
Cullman city schools will open at 10 a.m., county schools will open at 11 a.m. WSCC delayed 2 hours.
