Failure to appear-insurance violation — Westly Daniel Cox, 23, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Giving false information to law enforcement — Theresa Faye Hood, 51, of Cullman arrested on Brunner St. NW.
Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime — Jeremy Brian Grey, 42, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jeremy Brian Grey, 42, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic violence — Kenneth Wayne Smith Jr., 36, of Cullman arrested on Dialsdale Dr. SW.
Incidents
Theft of property — 2nd Ave. SW, gold military ring-$1,500.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Highway 278 E, knives, letters-$5.
Theft of property — AT&T store, Cherokee Ave. SW, Samsung Galaxy Note-$600.
Violation protection order — Lessman Circle SW.
Giving false information to law enforcement — City of Cullman, Brunner St. NW, arrest made.
Domestic violence — Dialsdale Dr. SW, arrest made.
Theft of services — Los Cabos, 2nd Ave. SW, services (meals, beverage)-$30.
Theft of property — 7th St. SE, vehicle tag-$186.

Arrests
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Marcus Hoskins, 30, arrested at Eva four-way stop.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Michael Lambert, 30, arrested at Eva four-way stop.
Bail jumping — Donna Townson, 48, arrested on County Road 397.
Parole violation/revocation (2 counts) — James Davis, 30, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (9 counts) — Jefffery Grimes, 26, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Westly Cox, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Jerrard Weissend, 22, arrested at Hanceville Police Department.
Incidents
Harassment — County Road 1151.
Theft of property — County Road 1082.
Harassment — Shaver Ave.
Criminal mischief — Highway 69.
Harassment — Highway 67.
