Arrests, incidents reports for Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

Theft of property — Devin Scott Smith, 19, of Cullman arrested at Walmart.

Theft of property — Ira Ralph Wilson Jr., 35, of Cullman arrested at Walmart.

Incidents

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Morgan Ave. SW, cash-$40.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 13th St. SW, CD player and CDs-$450.

Forgery, theft of property — Joe’s Freeway Exxon, Highway 157, gas, drinks, cash-$100.

Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, video games-$155, arrest made.

Theft of property — Ward Drive, York heat pump-$200.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Birmingham St. SW, 3 cases beer, half keg-$95.

Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, assorted steaks-$118, arrest made.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 10th St. SE, 2 Michael Kors watches-$450.



Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Tuesday:

Arrests

Probation revocation-unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Charles Ed Lamar Boatright, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Damon John Curvin, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Billy Eason, 49, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Jason Owens, 31, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-driving while license revoked — Jonathan Blake Scott, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence-harassment — Kenneth Kyle Sullins, 27, arrested in Vinemont.

Incidents

Criminal mischief, theft of property — Highway 278.

Theft of property — County Road 703.

Theft of property — County Road 282.

Criminal mischief, criminal trespassing — Pearson St.

Violation of protection order — County Road 222.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 1114.

Structure fire — County Road 1184.

Domestic violence-harassment — Highway 91.

Private property accident — Highway 69.

Discharging firearm into an unoccupied dwelling — County Road 223.

Harassing communications — Highway 31.

Theft of property — Highway 278.

Burglary — County Road 1656.
