Arrests, incidents reports for Wednesday, July 25, 2012

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Wednesday:

No arrests were reported.



Incidents

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, Highway 31 at Highway 157, smoking devices, synthetic marijuana, synthetic marijuana tube-$5.

Theft of property, fraudulent use of a debit/credit card — Highway 157, cash-$1,039.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 5th Ave. SE, golf clubs, Ipod and cord-$320.

Domestic incident — 2nd Ave. NW.

Assault — Northwest Lane.

Arrests

DUI — Kenneth Bryan Baker, 35, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Charles Eugene Borden, 63, arrested in Falkville.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Stanley Dewain Conn, 48, arrested in Vinemont.

Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, attempting to elude — David Harold Firlik, 41, arested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Freddie Green Jr., 59, arrested in Cullman.

Public intoxication — Jackie Ray Maddox, 49, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of marijuana — Jon Lee Nephew, 46, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of marijuana — Racheal Nichole Nephew, 19, arrested in Cullman.

Failures to appear-Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, theft of services — Robert Cliff Ponder Jr., 60, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-criminal trespassing, harassment — Dusty Randall, 41, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession of marijuana — Jacob Dai Reed, 18, arrested in Cullman.

Failures to appear-no/plainly visible tag — Stevie Echols Sharp, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-DUI, driving while license revoked — Joshua Byron Simmons, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-driving while license revoked, operating a vehicle without insurance — Leslie William Small, 49, arrested in Cullman.

Incidents

Gas drive off — Garden City Chevron station.

Domestic violence — County Road 71.

Theft of property — County Road 1828.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Willow Bend.

Assault — Pine Lane.

Burglary — Highway 69.

Burglary — County Road 1043.

Burglary, theft of property — County Road 216.

Domestic violence — Chad Drive.

Criminal mischief — Chad Drive.

Domestic violence — County Road 1714.
