Arrests, incidents reports for April 23, 2014

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Wednesday:

Arrests

• Contempt of court — Kellie E. Barron, 23, of Cullman arrested at Cullman City Court.

• Speeding, attempt to elude law enforcement, tag light required, reckless endangerment — Anthony R. Eller, 29, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failures to appear-insurance violation, driving while license suspended, expired tag — Stephen P. Johnson, 21, of Logan arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Harassing communications — Cherokee Ave. SW.

• Harassment — Oak Dr. NE.

Here is a look at the incidents reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Wednesday:

Arrests

• Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, probation violation-theft of property — Candi Tate Black, 30, arrested on County Road 792.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Michael Jacob Davis, 24, arrested on County Road 1619.

• Domestic violence — Charles Paul Freeman Sr., 65, arrested on Piney Point Drive.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Robin Kay Hayes, 49, arrested on County Road 1619.

• Domestic violence — Steven Scott McDonald, 29, arrested on Highway 278 W at I-65.

• Expired tag, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Michael Louis Porter, 28, arrested on County Road 852 at County Road 222.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Cynthia Lea Witcher, 54, arrested on County Road 1619.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Ronald Gregory Witcher, 55, arrested on County Road 1619.

Incidents

• Burglary — County Road 950.

• Burglary — County Road 1094.

• Domestic violence — County Road 1564.

• Burglary — County Road 1668.

• Theft of property — County Road 295.

• Burglary — Highway 31 S.

• Burglary — County Road 939.

• Harassment — County Road 1135.
