CULLMAN — Good morning, readers, this is what's happening in your county today:


A patching crew will be working on Rosemont Ave. and Ann St. NW today. No traffic delays expected.


Today will be sunny, with a high near 56. Northwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Keep those gloves and scarves handy; also, carry some lip balm!

Tonight will be mostly clear, with a low around 36. West wind 5 to 10 mph. Remember your pets tonight!

Across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, Red Cross is moving disaster workers into areas that will be affected by the storm, including disaster workers from the Cullman County area. The Red Cross is working closely with government officials, as well as community partners to coordinate response efforts.
