Arrests

Criminal trespassing, violation protection order — Charles Jeffery Whatley, 52, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Heath Alan Garner, 23, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

DUI — Alejandro Roman Rodriguez, 31, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 S.

Minor in possession of alcoholic beverage — Thomas Clay Benson, 20, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. SW at Lessman St.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Brandon Phillip Smith, 26, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278.

Public intoxication, resisting arrest, domestic violence — James Craig Brown, 23, of Eva arrested on Eva Road at Highway 157.

Disorderly conduct — Stephen Allan Rust, 27, of Cullman arrested on Dripping Springs Road NW.

Obstructing goverment operations — Amy Lynn Rust, 31, of Cullman arrested on Dripping Springs Road NW.

Disorderly conduct — Toshia Lynn Adams, 29, of Cullman arrested on Campbell Lane SE.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jimmy Lee Persall, 33, of Cullman arrested on 7th St. SW.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jessica Dawn Persall, 30, of Cullman arrested on 7th St. SW.

Illegal possession/using a credit/debit card, receiving stolen property — Larry Shaun Campbell, 33, of Cullman arrested on White Circle SW at Logan St.

Illegal possession/using a credit/debit card — Annie Leigh Friedrich, 31, of Hanceville arrested on Donauer Dr. SW.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Katherine St. SW, Tom Tom GPS, 2 pairs Fossil aviator sunglasses, CDs-$225.

Theft of property — Olive St. SW, vehicle tag-$50.

Criminal mischief — Highway 157 at Highway 69, silver 1993 Ford Mustang.

Harassment — 2nd Ave. NW.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Sheraton Road SW, bed sheets, bed warmer-$100.

DUI, open container, driving while license suspended or revoked — City of Cullman, Highway 31 S, arrest made.

Minor in possession/consumption of alcoholic beverages — City of Cullman, Main Ave. SW at Lessman St., arrest made.

Trespassing — Elizabeth St. NE.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Woodard Dr. NW, duffle bag, frat shirt, rain suit, Fossil wallet, ear warmers, Fossil purse, eyeglasses-$635.

Civil disturbance — City of Cullman, Convent Road NE.

DUI-controlled substance — City of Cullman, Highway 278, methamphetamine-$50, arrest made.

Theft of property — 7th St. SW, Social Security Card, Eva Bank debit card, drivers license, food stamp card.

Domestic violence — City of Cullman, Highway 157, arrest made.

Disorderly conduct — City of Cullman, Dripping Springs Road, arrest made.

Obstructing government operations — City of Cullman, Dripping Springs Road, arrest made.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Northwood Dr. NW, black 2010 Kia.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Sheila Ave. NW, checkbook-$5.
