Arrests

Forfeitures-DUI, driving while license revoked, open container — Jaison Caracciolo, 41, of Cullman arrested on Logan St.

DUI — Shana Denise Felps, 33, of Cullman arrested on 9th St. at 3rd St. SE.

Incidents

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Lakehill St. NW-$245.

Domestic violence-harassment — Terry Steven Snow Andrews, 29, arrested in Cullman.

Non support — Richard Dale Ballenger, 50, arrested in Bremen.

Failure to appear-failure to stop — James David Bryant, 38, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Brenda Diane Collins, 30, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Alicia Diane Dyer, 28, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — David Lee Elliot, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Douglas Henry Hallman, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana, driving while license suspended, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Michael Patrick Jones, 33, arrested in Cullman.

Public intoxication — Alan Bradley Mathis, 33, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Thomas Joseph Miller, 39, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Christopher Michael Mitchell, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-driving while license suspended, failure to display insurance — Kristi Lashell Mulvehill, 30, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-criminal trespassing — Michelle Powers, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence-harassment — Kimberly Ann Self, 26, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Receiving stolen property — Gustavo Silva-Gomez, 19, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property, receiving stolen property, burglary — Mitchell Boyce Sims, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-illegal possession of prescription medications — Terry Lee Stipes, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Wendy Darlene Thomas, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-DUI — Elizabeth Purser D. Williams, 43, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-leaving the scene of an accident — Bimmy Lawayne Young, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
