Failure to appear-driving while revoked — Joshua Dewayne Aker, 32, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Robert Earl Bircheat, 31, of Cullman arrested on Donauer Dr. Sw.

Domestic incident — Zachary Miller, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Receiving stolen property (first degree) — Justin Wise, 28, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.
Failure to appear (two counts) — Scotty Moore, 33.
Failure to appear (two counts) — Robert Mullins, 29.
Failure to appear — Robert Holder, 45.
Failure to appear — Linda Early, 51, arrested on Highway 69 at Highway 67.
Failure to appear/comply/pay, non child support — Kenneth Williams, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear — Joshua Aker, 32.
Failure to appear — Tabitha Heaton, 37, arrested on Highway 91.
Theft of firearms, receiving stolen property (second degree) — Robert Bircheat, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic incident (three counts) — Charles Bailey, 49, arrested on U.S. 278 W.
