The National Weather Service is predicting a 30 percent chance of light snow today in Cullman and other areas of north Alabama.
The area saw a little snow Friday as chilly temperatures moved into the region. Today’s high is expected to reach 40, while the overnight low will dip to 24 degrees.
The cooler weather will continue Sunday with a high of 42 and the low dropping to 27.
The greatest chance for snow is today, followed by mostly cloudy skies overnight. Sunday is expected to be clear.
Clouds will start to gather again across the area, bringing a chance of showers Monday and Tuesday.
