CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Robert Keith Bevill, 26, of Cullman arrested at the 500 block of 2nd Ave. SW.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Kelli Fay Mott, 34, of Cullman, arrested at the 500 block of 2nd Ave. SW.

Failure to appear- driving without a license, insurance violation — Jackie Ray Kelley, 43, of Wilmer arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-driving without a license, insurance violation — Jason Dewayne Kelley, 31, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property (third degree) — Zachary Charles Rice, 26, of Hanceville arrested at Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-driving while suspended, insurance violation — Michael Jennings Duke, 23, of Mount Olive arrested on Main Ave. at Hwy. 31.

Criminal trespass (first degree) — Rodney Dylan Witcher, 43, of Cullman arrested at the 600 block of Oak Dr. NE.

Theft of property (third degree) — Joseph William Moran, 23, of Town Creek arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-speading, driving while revoked —Joshua Lee Steele, 28, of Cullman arrested at 278 East at Convent Road.

Incidents

Criminal mischief — 600 block of 4th Ave. SE, four vehicles damaged.

Harassment (third degree)  — 700 block of 2nd Ave NW.

Theft of property (third degree) — Cullman Power Board, 2000 block of 2nd Ave. NW, power meter, $250.

Criminal trespass (first degree) — 600 block of Oak Dr. NE, arrest made.

Arrests

Failure to appear, failure to register as a sex offender — Michael Hooper, 43, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Deritive possession — Kelli Mott, 34, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Robert Bevill, 26, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Impersonating public servant — Brodwick Roden, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

Failure to appear (five counts) — Bobby Morgan, 32, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Failure to appear — Christopher Olinger, 33, arrested at 1900 Beech Ave.

Burglary, curelty to animals, theft, harassment — Jason Kelley, 31, arrested at mile marker 289.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Kayla Evans, 22, arrested at 500 2nd Ave. SW.

Unlawful manufactuing of a controlled substance — Fallon Weeks, 24, arrested at 500 2nd Ave. SW.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Timothy Glover, 27, arrested at 500 2nd Ave. SW.

Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substnace — Cassatina Hyde, 28, arrested at 1900 Beech Ave.

Probation violation — John Goings, 45, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear (two counts) — Jason Kelley, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Sergio Jimenez, 44, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Contributing to the delinquency of a minor — Samantha Wright, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Theft of property — County Road 1.

Criminal trespass — County Road 747.
