Theft of property — Jacob Anthony Frezza, 31, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.
DUI — Hester Jeanell Smith, 28, of Cullman arrested on Cherokee Ave. SW.
Incidents
Burglary — Ash Ave. NE, Samsung 47-inch TV, Magnavox 32-inch TV-$1,100.
Theft of property — 13th St. SE, gold 2kt diamond ring, gold bracelet, gold 4kt dinner ring, currency-$29,000.
DUI — City of Cullman, Cherokee Ave. SW at Highway 222, arrest made.

Forgery-trans counterfeit instrument (2 counts) — Elizabeth Wilkins, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance-methamphetamine — Mark Pitt, 28, arrested in Cullman.
Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance-methamphetamine — Michael Hudson, 37, arrested in Cullman.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Joshua Dover, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Catherine Manies, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Bail jumping — Nichole Chaney, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Shanna Robertson, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Bail jumping, failure to appear/pay/comply — Shelly Campbell, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Criminal mischief — Tammy Edwards, 41, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Probation violation — Roger Hines, 53, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Probation violation (3 counts) — Rayburn Baker, 43, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Christian Green, 21, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (3 counts) — Nichole Chaney, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Harassment-simple assault, menacing-gun, knife, hand and other (2 counts) — Thelbert Brown, 52, arrested in Cullman.
