CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday :

                    Arrests

Failure to appear- driving while suspended (2 counts) — Theodore Vann Williams Jr., 25, of Cullman arrested at Logan St. SW.

Theft of property (third degree) — Jeffery Calen Bourne Jr., 25, of Crane Hill arrested atOlive St. SW.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Jonathan Allan Gardner Jr., 19, of Cullman arrested at Woodland St. NW.

Incidents

Criminal mischief (third degree) — Economy Inn, 2nd Ave NW, damage to room, $800.

Theft of property (third degree) — Walmart Supercenter, Olive St. SW, Schwinn bicycle, $230, arrest made.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — 2nd Ave. NW, synthetic marijuana, $21, arrest made.
