• Theft of services — Edward Eugene Logan, 33, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft of services — David William Byrne, 18, of Hanceville arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Scott Albert Kaucher, 52, of Cullman arrested on Convent Road NE.

• Domestic violence — Brandon Dewayne Lands, 22, of Hayden arrested at Hanceville Police Department.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — Terri Corrina Barnett, 19, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

• Resisting arrest, possession of prescription medication — Erica Sharee Gordon, 23, of Cullman arrested on Dripping Springs Road NW.

• Public intoxication — Brandon Gene Overton, 23, of Cullman arrested on Dripping Springs Road NW.

• Failures to appear-improper equipment, reckless driving, no tag, insurance violation — Michael James Murphree, 46, of Cullman arrested on County Road 1315.

• Failures to appear-resisting arrest, disorderly conduct — Timothy Maurice Philyaw, 46, of Cullman arrested on Hickory Ave.

• Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime — Wells Turner Pharmacy, Cherokee Ave. SW, prescription-$1.

• Theft of property — Walmart Supercenter, Olive St. SW, merchandise.

• Theft of property — 3rd Ave. SW, vehicle tag-$178.

• Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Ann St. NW, black 1999 Volkswagon Jetta-$2,000.

• Domestic violence — City of Cullman, Cumberland Ridge Road NW.

• Domestic violence — McNabb Road SW.

• Harassment — Morgan Ave. SW.

• Theft of property — Billy Ray Taylor Auto Sales, 2nd Ave. NW, 2 tires and rims-$300.

• Robbery, kidnapping (adult) — Plunkett Dr. SW at Highway 278, miscellaneous jewelry, Apple Nano, currency-$3,975.

• Menacing — Katherine St. NW.

• Criminal trespassing — William Rosten Darmer, 47, arrested on County Road 1492.

• Non support — James Paul-Lee Doyle, 29, arrested in Cullman County.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked — Scott Daniel Barnes, 28, arrested on County Road 437.

• Chemical endangerment of a child, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Stanley Levon Dingler, 44, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Attempting to elude, domestic violence — Clifford James Ellis, 35, arrested on Keller Hollow Road.
