CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Friday, Saturday and Sunday:

Arrests

• Failures to appear-speeding, driving while license revoked — Todd Alan Davis, 42, of Huntsville arrested at the Cullman-Morgan counties line.

• Failure to register as a sex offender — John James Holliday, 25, of Cullman arrested on Brunner St. NW.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — John David Linch, 19, of Vinemont arrested on 3rd Ave. at 3rd St. SW.

• Public intoxication — Christopher Michael Mitchell, 40, of Vinemont arrested on Main Ave. at Graffenstatte St. NW.

• Giving false information to law enforcement officer, DUI — Mark Madison Dodson, 22, of Holly Pond arrested on Highway 31 S.

• Failure to appear-insurance violation — Brianne Hope Clowers, 21, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 S.

• Domestic violence — Sheila Carter Perry, 63, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Public intoxication — José Luis Garcia-Ponce, 37, of Cullman.

• Forfeiture-theft of property — Riva B. Johnston Sotherland, 53, of Cullman arrested on 10th Ave. SE.

Incidents

• Fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft — Unknown place of occurrence, U.S. currency-$143.

• Theft by deception — Warehouse Discount Grocery, Town Square Shopping Center, forged checks-$114.

• Failure to register as a sex offender — State of Alabama, Brunner St. NW, arrest made.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, 3rd Ave. SW at 3rd St.-$3, arrest made.

• Criminal mischief — Market Platz Center SW, vehicle window damaged-$200.

• Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Main Ave. NW at Graffenstatte St., arrest made.

• DUI, giving false information to law enforcement officer — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. SW, arrest made.

• Dog bite — Lakeview Ave. NW.

• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — 2nd Ave. NW, white 2004 Ford.

• Burglary — 7th St. SE, damage to residence, stolen U.S. currency-$500.

• Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Katherine St. NW, arrest made.

• Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Tracy Dunsford, 43, arrested on County Road 222 at County Road 946.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Bert Hahn, 46, arrested at the 4-Way Quick Stop.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts) — Michelle Needham, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Kelly McCarley, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply (3 counts) — Lauren Whittle, 20, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft of property — Thomas Odell, 39, arrested on County Road 607 in Hanceville.

• Theft of property — Michael Dingler, 33, arrested on Beech Ave.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Donald Moore, 33, arrested on County Road 1711.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Debra Lovell, 55, arrested on Highway 31 S.

• Illegal possession of alcohol — Joshua Knight, 35, arrested on County Road 1245.

• Harassment-simple assault — Victoria Duran, 38, arrested on I-65 at Mile Marker 291.

• Harassment-simple assault — José Gonzalez, 48, arrested on I-65 at Mile Marker 291.

• Assault (non family), burglary (residence, forced entry) — Bradley Hester, 31, arrested on County Road 641.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Aubrey Hill, 29, arrested on County Road 1547.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — James Williamson, 36, arrested on County Road 1157.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Morgan Moon, 22, arrested on County Road 351.

• Committing a controlled substance crime, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Taylor Dunn, 24, arrested on County Road 1352.

• Aggravated assault (family, strongarm), domestic violence-simple assault — Stephen Bontrager, 39, arrested on Calvert Road.

• Burglary (residence, no forced entry) — Daniel Gothard, 19, arrested on County Road 1834.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Charlotte Bailey, 37, arrested on County Road 1834.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Mark Roden, 20.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Jonathan Phillips, 21, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply — Gerald McDonald, 54, arrested on County Road 497.
