CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

Domestic violence — Edward Ray Pace, 83, of Cullman arrested on Murphy St. SW.

Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime — Jenny Mariea Anderson, 22, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Domestic violence — Murphy St. SW, arrest made.

Found property — McKoy Ave. NW, purse-$25.

Theft of services — Cracker Barrel, Highway 157, 2 meals-$35.

Harassing communications — Logan St. SW.

Harassing communications — Cherokee Ave. SW.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Olive St. SW, prescription medication, cigarettes-$38.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Field of Miracles Dr. SW, brown Fossil wallet, credit card, MP3, cell phone and charger-$532.



Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Monday:

Arrests

Illegal possession of alcohol — John Swann, 31, arrested on County Road 702.

Aggravated assault (family-strongarm), aggravated assault-menacing domestic violence, attempt to elude law enforcement officer — Alton Hale, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication, contempt — Timothy Sims, 51, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Michael Boutwell, 38, arrested Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Robert Peak, 46, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Bryon Winfrey, 40, arrested on 1900 Beech Ave. SE.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Scotty McNutt, 44, at his residence.

Public intoxication — Fallon Weeks, 24, arrested on County Road 702.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Jonathan Phillips, 20, arrested on County Road 747 at Highway 69.

Incidents

Burglary — County Road 1273.

Criminal mischief — County Road 541.

Domestic violence — County Road 1568.

Dog bite — County Road 1395.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — County Road 747.

Harassment — County Road 813.

Domestic violence — Lee Road.

Domestic violence — County Road 702.

Theft of property — County Road 222.

Theft of property — County Road 1391.

Burglary — Chad Drive.

Theft of property — County Road 654.

Dog bite — County Road 137.

Criminal mischief — County Road 222.

Burglary — County Road 219.
