Arrests
Illegal possession of alcohol — John Swann, 31, arrested on County Road 702.
Aggravated assault (family-strongarm), aggravated assault-menacing domestic violence, attempt to elude law enforcement officer — Alton Hale, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Public intoxication, contempt — Timothy Sims, 51, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Michael Boutwell, 38, arrested Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Robert Peak, 46, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Bryon Winfrey, 40, arrested on 1900 Beech Ave. SE.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Scotty McNutt, 44, at his residence.
Public intoxication — Fallon Weeks, 24, arrested on County Road 702.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Jonathan Phillips, 20, arrested on County Road 747 at Highway 69.
