Arrests
Unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance — Wayne Oneil Campbell, 22, of Cullman arrested on County Road 1451.
Noise ordinance, resisting arrest — Cory Mitchell Brown, 20, of Cullman arrested on Crestview Dr. SW.
Incidents
Unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — State of Alabama, County Road 1451, diazepam pills-$38, arrest made.
Criminal mischief — Baker Productions Inc., 2nd Ave. SW, damaged windshield-$350.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Karlee Ryan White Brock, 28, arrested in Hanceville.
Cruelty to animals — Jason Lynn Gibson, 38, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-drivers license not in possession — Rusty Stephen Nappier, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Burglary — Jason Wayne Payne, 34, arrested in Cullman.
Possession of a forged instrument — Nicholas Drennon Persall, 22, arrested in Hanceville.
Possession of a forged instrument (2 counts) — Victoria Lisabeth Potter, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts) — Tiffany Lashay Prickett, 27, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
Failure to appear-public intoxication — Kenny Wayne Prince, 48, arrested at the Cullman
Failure to appear-receiving stolen property — Shawn Jason Smith, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Escape, order of arrest — Timothy Maynard Smith, 25, arrested in Cullman.
Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Gilbert Michael Shoemaker, 51, arrested in Vinemont.
Failures to appear-open container, attempt to elude — Dustin Blake Underwood, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-speeding — Brian Heath Walker, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-driving while license revoked — Tammy Ann Weeks, 41, arrested in Cullman.

Animal cruelty — County Road 1605.
Criminal mischief — County Road 1605.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 222.
