Forfeiture-reckless driving — Dakota Samuel Carlson, 20, of Decatur arrested on Highway 31 N.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Andrew Brock Richter, 34, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeitures-driving while license revoked, insurance violation — Tanya Wanette Jacobs, 32, of Athens arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication, resisting arrest — Nathan Keith Demonia, 34, of Falkville arrested on 5th St. SW.

Incidents

Identity theft — Unknown place of occurrence-$495.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — GSA Automotive Fleet, 23rd St. SW, 2009 Dodge Caravan-$1,750.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 3rd St. SE, Garmin Nuvi GPS-$350.

Criminal mischief — St. John’s Church, 2nd Ave. SE, custom built computer tower-$500.

Possible assault — Denson Ave. SW.

Criminal mischief — Ridge St. NW, glass storm door-$300.

Harassment — Nesmith Park.

Failure to appear-unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Earnest Leon Campbell, 53, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

DUI — Joe Herman Campbell, 53, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Charles Crowell, 30, arrested in Vinemont.

Violation of protection order — Eric Kim Denney, 44, arrested in Baileyton.

Failure to appear-theft of services — Kenneth Marrion Sutterfield, 49, arrested in Cullman.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts) — Angela Marie Trivette, 31, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to register a manufactured home — Danny Ray Tucker, 44, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation revocation-unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Justin Todd Underwood, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, minor in possession of alcohol — County Road 109.

Cruelty to animals — County Road 1209.

Burglary — County Road 517.

Theft of property — County Road 4.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle — County Road 1592.
