Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Patrick A Whisenant, 44, of Eva. Arrested at the CCDC.
Forfeiture insurance violation — Jacob E. Whittle, 29, of Cullman. Arrested on 10th Ave. SE.

Theft vehicle part — Travis Smith, 37, Hwy. 31 N.
Theft vehicle part — Theresa Kirby, 42, Hwy. 31 N.
Auto theft and use for a crime — Phillip Hogan, 55, Hwy. 31 N.
Auto theft and use for a crime — Joshua Smith, 32, Hwy. 31 N.
Failure to appear/comply/pay — Jimmie Jones, 48, Holly Pond.
Probation violation — Angela Hays, 38, CCDC.
DUI-Alcohol — Williams Stewart, 38, Intersection Co Rd. 827 ad Co. Rd. 831.
Drugs — Kevin Riggs, 26, Co. Rd. 1518.
