CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Thursday:

Arrests

• Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Vicki L. Cupp, 42, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft of property — Ashley Barber, 19, of Cullman arrested at Walmart.

• Theft of property — Kayla N. Salter, 20, of Hanceville arrested at Walmart.

• DUI — Tricia L. Harris, 42, of Cullman arrested on 5th St. SW at Main Ave.

• Theft of property — Robert E. Stewart, 55, of Hanceville arrested at Walmart.

• Theft of property — Donna R. Stewart, 43, of Hanceville arrested at Walmart.

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana, minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage — Christopher J. Bailey, 21, of Joppa arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Identity theft — Fuller St. SW.

• Theft of property — Denny’s, Highway 157, picture-$500.

• Forgery — Katie Lane SW, check-$101.

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, merchandise totaling-$178, arrest made.

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, merchandise totaling-$781, arrest made.

• Harassing communications — 5th St. SE.

• Theft of property — Walmart Distribution, 7th Ave. SW, merchandise totaling-$65.

Arrests

• Criminal trespassing — Ruth Louise Cates, 54, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Carolyn Sparks Cluxton, 62, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Steven Paul Cornelius, 25, arrested on Highway 278 at Highway 231.

• Burglary (2 counts) — Brandy Roxanne Cross, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Keith Talmadge Floyd, 49, arrested on County Road 1136.

• Grand jury-burglary — Nigel Guy Hunt, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Grand jury indictments for criminal possession of a forged instrument (2 counts), forgery (2 counts), and negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (5 counts) — Aundrea Demetric Jones, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Domestic violence — Cody William Kunze, 21, arrested on County Road 1222.

• Public intoxication — Joshua Randall McDonald, 32, arrested on County Road 1407.

• Assault — Jeffery Wayne Miller, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Christina Johnson Moore, 36, arrested on County Road 1136.

• Domestic violence — Kevin Todd Nichols, 45, arrested on County Road 4 at County Road 8.

• Failure to appear-public intoxication — James Tyler Steele, 22, arrested on County Road 795.

• Endangering the welfare of a child — Misty Sheree Stewart, 29, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Domestic violence — County Road 438.

• Dog bite — County Road 702.

• Theft of property — County Road 8.

• Domestic violence — County Road 1246.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — County Road 1136.
