CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Friday, Saturday and Sunday:

Arrests

Forfeitures-domestic violence, criminal trespassing — Adam Heath Aker, 30, of Northport arrested on Ave. C.

Public intoxication — Michael Brandon Tolbert, 27, of Cullman arrested on Briarwood Lane SE.

Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Edward Joseph Elliott, 32, of Northport arrested on Highway 278 at East Park.

DUI — Kelly Chyrisse Botello, 29, of Gallatin, Texas, arrested on I-65 at Exit 310.

Incidents

Incident/accident — McGriff Tire Sales, 2nd Ave. NW, concrete block wall-$2,000.

Harassing communications — Ward Ave. SW.

Criminal mischief — Cullman Memory Gardens, Bolte Road SE, side wall of mobile office, Pepsi machine-$550.

Theft of property — Field of Miracles Dr. SW, U.S. currency-$95.

Criminal mischief — Northwood Dr. NW, 2000 Toyota Celica.

Theft of property — Factory Connection, Town Square Shopping Center, store merchandise-$15.

Harassing communications — Highway 31.

Assault — Briarwood Lane SE.

Criminal mischief, assault — Briarwood Lane SE.

Domestic violence — 3rd St. SW.

Disorderly conduct — Mitchell Road NE.

Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — State of Alabama, 3rd St. NE, cocaine, marijuana, diamond earrings-$54, arrest made.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, St. Bernard Dr. NE, smoking device w/residue-$5.

Assault — Dialsdale Dr. SW.

Arrests

Failure to appear-public intoxication — Jeremy Wayne Criscoe, 27, arrested in Cullman.

Unauthorized use of motor vehicle, domestic violence-assault — William Jeroski Dixon, 24, arrested in Blountsville.

Failures to appear-unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a forged instrument — Thomas Jeff Gilliland, 31, arrested in Cullman.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — David Randall Hurst, 52, arrested in Cullman.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Michelle Leigh Olinger, 34, arrested in Cullman.

Harassment — Troy Jason Saiz, 27, arrested in Holly Pond.

Attachment — Gene Randall Wisener, 45, arrested in Cullman.

Public intoxication — County Road 1193.

Criminal mischief — County Road 1223.

Criminal littering — Day Gap Road.

Burglary — County Road 254.

Harassment, harassing communications — Daystar Drive.

Unlawful possession of marijuana — County Road 501.

Land line dispute — County Road 954.

Domestic violence-strangulation — Railroad Ave. NE.

Domestic violence-assault — Railroad Ave. NE.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 658.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Highway 278 at County Road 946.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 1500.

Burglary — County Road 38.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 8.

Burglary — County Road 825.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 38.

Found property — County Road 1605.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 311.

Assault — County Road 1606.
