Public intoxication — Michael Brandon Tolbert, 27, of Cullman arrested on Briarwood Lane SE.
Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Edward Joseph Elliott, 32, of Northport arrested on Highway 278 at East Park.
DUI — Kelly Chyrisse Botello, 29, of Gallatin, Texas, arrested on I-65 at Exit 310.
