After announcing a tentative opening date by the end of October, the new Logan’s Roadhouse in Cullman looks to beat that estimate by at least a few weeks. The local location of the popular restaurant franchise will officially open for business Oct. 8.
Located on Alabama Highway 157, just off Interstate 65, the new Logan’s building is virtually complete — with only prep work left to be done in the coming weeks.
Logan’s is well-known around the southeast for its menu of steaks, and ribs; plus an expansive beer selection.
The new, 6,500 square-foot restaurant is expected to create approximately 130 new jobs.
“Our team searches the country for the best restaurant sites, and we’re excited about opening our first location in the Cullman, Ala., area,” Tom Vogel, president and chief executive officer of Logan’s Roadhouse, said in a statement. “We see a lot of opportunity in this neighborhood. We plan to be a valuable part of the community by bringing to Cullman a place where guests will feel comfortable and enjoy high-quality steaks in a kickin’, upbeat atmosphere, all at a great price.”
Logan’s is one of several new restaurants slated to open in Cullman, along with Shane’s Rib Shack, a Shogun Japanese steakhouse, Moe’s Original BBQ and a handful of others.
