Weather:

Tonight: A 40 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 69. Calm wind becoming northwest around 5 mph in the morning.

CCMGAI: The Cullman County Master Gardeners Association Inc., will meet at 10 a.m. today at the county extension conference room, 402 Arnold St., Cullman 35055. Program following meeting.

Iris/daylily society: The Cullman Iris and Daylily Society will meet at 5:30 p.m. today at The Angler restaurant, 3261 County Road 438, Cullman 35057. All interested may attend.

Community dance: The Midway Community Center will hold a dance at 7 p.m. today featuring the Classic Country Band. Admission is $4; all proceeds go to upkeep of community center, 164 Midway Road, Union Grove 35175.
