CULLMAN — The female arrested from the recent “naked couple found cuddling in a ditch” incident has found herself in jail again, this time under a felony drug warrant.

Heather Ashley London, 28, of Cullman, was arrested around 1 a.m. on Thursday after Cullman City police officers Roy Bates and Justin Craft responded to a domestic violence call at her residence. Assistant Police Chief Craig Green said after arriving, the officers checked on any outstanding warrants with the people involved, which is standard procedure, and found London had a warrant for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

“A neighbor called because of excessive noise that was consistent with someone fighting so officers responder to Ms. London’s residence,” Green said. “After they checked on the people involved and ran their names through the system, they placed Ms. London under arrest because she had a warrant from an unlawful distribution charge in December of 2012.”

London is being held at the Cullman County Detention Center on a $30,000 bond. Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance is a Class-C felony.

Just over a month ago, London and a man were arrested after they were suspected of trespassing. She was found naked in a ditch and charged with several offenses.
