CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

Failure to appear-domestic violence — Kelly McBride Payne, 54, of Ensley arrested on Highway 91 at I-65.

Public intoxication — Mariam Murphree, 41, of Cullman arrested on 12th St. SE.

Unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked, failure to signal intentions, white light to rear — Melani Chaney Smith, 34, of Falkville arrested on 6th Ave. SE at 11th St. SE.

Incidents

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Olive St. SW, 2012 Toyota Camry-$1,000.

Harassing communications — Ward Ave. SW.

Vehicle damage — Mitchell Road NE, 2005 Honda Accord-$3,000.

Lost or stolen property — Ridge St. NW, Spyder Recon Rifle barrel-$46.

Harassment — Brunner St. NW.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, public intoxication — 12th St. SE, arrest made.

Unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked — State of Alabama, 6th Ave. SE at 11th St. SE, acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate-$75, arrest made.

Domestic violence — Highway 157.

Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Thomas Windle Atha Jr., 36, arrested in Etowah Co.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts), failure to appear-operating a vehicle without insurance — Justin Heath Barbee, 26, arrested in Cullman.

Theft of property — Samuel Blake Black, 26, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-operating a vehicle without insurance — Melanie Sheree Brockman, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-theft of property, possession of a forged instrument, forgery — Donald Craig Ceroni, 52, arrested in Falkville.

Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked, expired tag, illegal possession of a prescription medication — Tony Dale Chandler, 42, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Damon John Curvin, 37, arrested in Cullman.

Domestic violence — Michael Chandler Day, 33, arrested in Hanceville.

Failure to appear-no drivers license — David Eric Evans, 32, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Ciara Hann Danielle Gilland, 19, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — William Craig Grace, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-driving on a canceled license, switched tag — Shalane Henry, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Rebecca Gail Henson, 27, arrested in Jasper.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Cody Ryan Hopper, 22, arrested in Vinemont.

Probation revocation-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Johnny Ray Horton III, 31, arrested in Cullman.

Theft of property — Daryl Lee Johnson, 45, arrested in Cullman.

Domestic violence — Clinton Mark Jones, 23, arrested in Cullman.

Theft of property (2 counts), receiving stolen property (2 counts) — Charles Thomas Marlin Jr., 39, arrested in Warrior.

Termination from diversion — Kanita Mize McKinnon, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, child abuse (3 counts), sodomy/sexual abuse — Rufus C. Miller, 45, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-speeding (26 mph over speed limit) — Maurice Sherrel Mitchell, 38, arrested in Joppa.

Failure to appear-tinted windows — Mardy Alan Morgan, 41, arrested in Holly Pond.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Wendell Dean Myers, 43, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-violation of protection order — Michael Allen Oliver, 34, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-criminal trespassing — Timmy Maurice Philyaw, 45, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

DUI, illegal possession of alcohol, stopping in roadway — Herbert Marshall Rody, 52, arrested in Cullman.

Domestic violence — Dale Michael Sheftick, 49, arrested in Vinemont.

Failure to appear-no drivers license — Markus Dewayne Smith, 33, arrested in Hanceville.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Robert Wayne Speegle, 57, arrested in Cullman.

DUI — Carolyn Diana Stapleton, 53, arrested in Cullman.

Public intoxication, illegal possession of alcohol — Donna Lynn Stewart, 51, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-failure to display insurance — Heather Nicole Tanner, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Harassment — County Road 769.

Child endangerment — County Road 1082.

Burglary — County Road 730.

Shooting into an unoccupied dwelling — County Road 1570.

Found property — County Road 704.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 728.

Burglary — County Road 747.

Dog bite — County Road 1288.

Theft of property — County Road 1718.
