• Failure to appear-insurance violation — Nathan Robbie Jenkins, 23, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft by deception — Jamie Anne Frulatte, 32, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Public intoxication — William Otis Cawthon, 50, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 157 at Catoma Bridge.

• Public intoxication, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of prescription drugs — Robert Isaiah Hill, 24, of Holly Pond arrested on Highway 278 E.

• Public intoxication (2 counts) — Rapheal Lacharles Hagler, 23, arrested on Highway 91 at County Road 15.

• Illegal possession of a prescription medication, unlawful possession of marijuana — Rikki Tiffany Krough, 31, arrested on County Road 1850 at County Road 1845.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts), unlawful possession of marijuana (2 counts) — Patricia Ann Neal, 27, arrested on County Road 1850 at County Road 1845.
