CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

• Unlawful possession/receiving a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Richard G. Jordan, 31, of Hayden arrested on the Bankhead Highway.

• Domestic violence — Christopher L. Bailey, 35, of Cullman arrested on Hickory Ave. SW.

Incidents

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, legos-$53, arrest made.

• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card — Veigl Ave. SW, misc. charges-$92.

• Theft of property — Veigl Ave. SW, prescription medication-$25.

• Forgery — 2nd Ave. SW, forged checks.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — St. Joseph St. NW, wallet and contents-$10.

• Domestic violence — Hickory Ave. SW, arrest made.

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, general merchandise-$70.

• Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Ward Ave. SW, damage to 2013 Scion-$3,000.



Here is a look at the incidents reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Tuesday:

Arrests

• Cruelty to animals — Alvin Neal Abel, 71, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.≥

• Failure to appear-driving while license revoked — Kevin Randall Bullard, 26, arrested in Blount County.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Tracy Lynn Cadle, 47, arrested on County Road 1502.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Joshua Lee Duncan, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center and on County Road 1502.

• Failure to appear-public intoxication — Rapheal Lacharles Hagler, 24, arrested at Nesmith Exxon.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Kristina Marie Oakley, 26, arrested on County Road 1502.

• Failures to appear-tampering with physical evidence, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (3 counts) — David Olen Pigg Jr., 25, County Road 1043.

• Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Robert C. Ponder Jr., 62, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Derek Alan Rice, 29, arrested on County Road 1502.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Carrie Lynn Shaffer, 26, arrested on County Road 1502.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Joshua Micheal Sullivan, 25, arrested on County Road 1502.

• Domestic violence — Bobby Wayne Tankersley, 57, arrested on County Road 509.

• Domestic violence — Tasha Niccole Thornton, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Receiving stolen property — Mark Allen Tucker, 42, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Domestic violence — County Road 509.

• Domestic violence — County Road 1343.

• Theft of property — County Road 517.

• Theft of property — County Road 431.

• Theft of property — County Road 755.

• Theft of property — School House Road.

• Theft of property — County Road 1801.
