Sunday: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 8 a.m., then showers and thunderstorms likely after 8 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 72. West wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent.

CCFK food bank closed for holiday: Cullman Caring For Kids’ Food Bank will be closed Friday, March 29, in celebration of Good Friday. The food bank will reopen April 1, 2013.

Flashlight Easter eggstravaganza: Refuge Church of God will hold their annual Flashlight Easter Eggstravaganza at 7 p.m. Friday, March 29, at the church at 1115 Highway 278 E, Cullman 35055.
