Three injured in I-65 wreck

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle wreck Saturday on Interstate 65, about a half mile south of Falkville.
The driver of a 1999 Ford, Brandon Hargett, 26, of Hartselle, was injured in the crash. His two passengers, Harmon Spicer, 48, of Cullman, and Tyler Hargett, 4, of Hartselle also sustained injuries.
State Troopers reported both adults were wearing seat belts and the child was in a restraint seat when the wreck took place at approximately 6:15 p.m.
The extent of the injuries was not known at press time.
The driver of a 1997 Chrysler involved in the accident, Alfonso Antunez, 41, of Trinity was not injured.
