Public intoxication — Kristie Johns Harper, 38, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Public intoxication — Jeremy Mathew Peek, 23, of cullman arrested on 5th St. SW.

Public intoxication — Joel Robert Adcock Jr., 52, of Vinemont arrested on Dripping Springs Road NW.

Public intoxication — Justin Mark Edens, 33, of Vinemont arrested on 6th Ave. SE.

DUI — Clyde Ray Sutherland, 37, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Brandi Lamanda Oden, 32, of Crane Hill arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Tyler Austin Pannell, 18, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NE at Arnold St.

Incidents

Theft of property — 4th St. SW, 2006 Nissan Frontier, Kenshaw Knife, U.S. currency-$8,488.

Public intoxication — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. SW, arrest made.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Olive St. SW, yellow Vera Bradley purse, Apple Iphone 4S, Costas Isabellas 350, sunglasses, yellow Vera Bradley wallet/contents-$662.

Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Dripping Springs Road NW, arrest made.

Property damage — 11th St. SE at Ave. A, 2008 Honda Civic-$250.

Public intoxication — City of Cullman, 5th St. SW, arrest made.

DUI — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. SW at 9th St., arrest made.

Domestic incident — Jessica McBrayer, 32, arrested on County Road 842.

Domestic incident, resisting arrest — Nancy Wynn, 59, arrested on County Road 1058.
