Arrests, incidents reports for Wednesday, March 27, 2013

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Wednesday:

Arrests

Harassment — Amanda Joy Harris, 21, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Reckless endangerment — Gregory Arlton Hagelberg II, 34, of Falkville arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Failure to appear-expired tag (2 counts) — Adam Benjamin Callaway, 30, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 N.

DUI — Zackery Derrick Moore, 26, of Vinemont arrested on Main Ave. SW at Lessman Circle.

There were no incidents reported for today.

Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Wednesday:

Arrests

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Matthew Thrasher, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Minor in possession of alcohol — Daniel Jones, 18, arrested on Highway 157.

Minor in possession of alcohol — Benjamin Weaver, 18, arrested at Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Van Sellers, 27, arrested on county Road 395.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — William Lenz, 41, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Committing a controlled substance crime — Alice Owen, 56, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation violation — Stephanie Duncan, 37, arrested on County Road 384.

Incidents

Incident — Highway 157.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 248.

Domestic violence-strangulation — County Road 522.

Burglary — Johnson Circle.

Criminal mischief — County Road 601.

Theft of property — Highway 69 N.

Violation of protection order — Highway 278 E.

Recovered firearm — County Road 1343.

Burglary — County Road 1301.

Minor in possession of alcohol — Highway 157.

Fraudulent use of a credit card — County Road 623.

Dogs running at large — Ryan Road.

Harassment — Johnson Circle.

Criminal mischief — County Road 109.

Found narcotics — County Road 988.

Destruction of medication — Highway 278 E.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Highway 69 S.

Cruelty to animals — County Road 1635.

Fraudulent use of a credit card — County Road 623.
