Public intoxication, failure to appear-public intoxication — Joseph Layne Swader, 24, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.
Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card — Olive St. SW, Premier Bank debit card-$1.
Public intoxication — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. NW, arrest made.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Samantha Goins, 18, arrested on I-65 at mile marker 310.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Jessie Armstrong, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Cody Scott, 23, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Non support-child — Tonya Gohn, 37, arrested on School House Road.
Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Nichole Mallett, 33, arrested on Highway 91.
Harassment-simple assault — Oliver Milagros, 47, arrested on County Road 1372.
Domestic violence — County Road 1387.
Domestic violence — County Road 1372.
Theft of property — County Road 827.
Burglary — County Road 1107.
Theft of property — School House Road.
Criminal trespassing — County Road 223.
Theft of property — County Road 1605.
Harassment — County Road 1583.
Domestic violence — County Road 627.
