Failure to appear-traffic offense — Shane Wesley Kelley, 26, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Terrorist threats — Whitney Ann Swoopes, 25, of Cullman arrested at Gold Mark Ct. SW.

Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (4 counts) — James Robert Pugh, 44, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-expired tag — Finley Tucker Childers, 21, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 31 at the county line.

Possession of brass knuckles — Christopher Allen Michael Burgess, 23, of Cullman arrested on Warnke Road SW.
