Probation violation — Adam Lee Uselton, 22, of Cullman arrested on Lee Ave. SW.
Failures to appear-insurance violation, following too close — Nicholas Joseph Weaver, 18, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime, unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance — Jacob Alan Self, 28, of Meridianville arrested on Highway 157.
Incidents
Identity theft, illegal possession/fraudulent use of a credit/debit card — Cullman, debit card transactions-$327.
Theft of property — Main Ave. NE, makeup, Belk gift card, U.S. currency-$95.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 10th St. SE, Garmin 76S GPS, passport radar detector, fixed blade tractical knife, dual 12V outlet-$760.
Violation of protection order — Cherokee Ave. SW.
Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime, unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance — State of Alabama, Highway 157, oxycodone 30mg, forged prescription-$121, arrest made.
Harassment — 3rd Ave. NE.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Jennifer Ann Merriweather, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic violence-harassment — Andy Dale Moore, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Ted Franklin Moore, 20, arrested in Vinemont.
Forgery — Marie Ann Osborn, 45, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic violence-harassment — Dennis Darrell Pigg, 54, arrested in Vinemont.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Doris Jean Thomas Pugh, 62, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-domestic violence, harassment — John Patrick Smith, 25, arrested in Bremen.
Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Diane Patricia Stancil, 64, arrested in Hanceville.
Theft of property — Jessica Latrece Stricklin, 31, arrested in Hanceville.
Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (5 counts) — Grady Allen Sutton, 44, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana — Rashana Dianne Taylor, 34, arrested in Cullman.
Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana, promoting prison contraband — Justin Ryan Wise, 19, arrested in Vinemont.
