Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Wednesday:

Arrests

Theft of property — Robie Wayne Needham, 42, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Shirley Diane Moore, 43, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — Heath Shane Pack, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property — James Wendell Thornton Jr., 48, of Tuscumbia arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Criminal mischief — 2nd Ave. NW, damage to window-$350.

Theft of property — American Installation Services, Highway 157, cash/checks-$67,214.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 6th Ave. SE, cash-$70.

Property damage — Wells Fargo, Town Square Shopping Center, concrete pole-$40.

Theft of lost property — Cherokee Ave., Iphone-$36.

Theft of property — Dollar General, Town Square Shopping Center, USB multi-cable kit, stylus pen, makeup-$23.

Theft of lost property — Marketplatz Shopping Center, wallet and contents, silver earrings-$795.

Counterfeit $10 bil — Taco Bell, Cherokee Ave.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 2nd Ave. NE, wallet and contents-$220.

Arrests

Failure to appear-domestic violence — Lauryne Kayla Brooks, 20, arrested in Vinemont.

Order of arrest-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Raymond Christopher Heatherly, 36, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts) — Peggy Diane Oaks, 55, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Order of arrest-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (2 counts) — John Dennis Smith, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Randy Wayne Welch, 33, arrested in Hanceville.

Incidents

Harassing communications — County Road 387.

Identity theft — County Road 1551.

Criminal mischief — County Road 437.

Unlawful use of debit card — County Road 1368.

Identity theft — County Road 1352.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 606.

Burglary — Highway 91.

Reckless endangerment — County Road 1145.

Domestic violence-harassment — Highway 278.
