City Board of Education: The Board will meet at 6 p.m. today in the Central Office Board Room, 301 1st St. NE, Cullman 35055. Board retreat will be from 1 to 6 p.m. in the Bearcat Room at the Central Office.

County Commission on Education: The Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. (5:30 p.m. work session) today in the Central Office Board Room, 402 Arnold St. NE, Cullman 35055.

NAMI: The National Alliance on Mental Illness, Cullman Chapter, will meet at 6:30 p.m. today at Mental Healthcare of Cullman, 1909 Commerce Ave., Bldg.

New Vision Support Group: This support group will meet at 10 a.m. today at Hilltop Senior Center, 1545 Vine Circle SW, Cullman 35055, for a Christmas celebration. Bring $5 gift to exchange. Lunch will be soup and Ricky’s chili.

Live nativity drive through: Bethlehem West Baptist Church, 102 County Road 1215, Vinemont 35179, will have a live nativity drive-through from 6 to 8 p.m. today through Dec. 21. Free.

Winter Wonderland drive: Sportsman Lake Park’s 11th annual Winter Wonderland Christmas Light Display will be through Dec. 23, 2013 Wednesday and Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m.; 5 to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday, weather permitting. Admission is $5/vehicle; Santa will be here every night. Hot chocolate and candy canes will be served. Victorian horse and carriage rides are $4/person.
