Arrests, incidents for Oct. 5-7, 2012

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Friday, Saturday and Sunday:

Arrests

Public intoxication — Joshua Brett Barnett, 31, of Cullman arrested on Arnold St. at 1st Ave. NE.

Public intoxication — Danny Ray Ivey, 58, of Cullman arrested on Commerce Ave. NW.

Forfeiture-public intoxication — Philip James Chiminello, 30, of Arab

Incidents

Theft of property — Dripping Springs Road NW, jewelry-$4,000.

Theft of property — Wisteria St. SE, U.S. currency-$600.

Theft of property — Lee Ave. SW, diamond ring, Ipod Nano-$1,000.



Due to the holiday, Sheriff’s reports were not available and will be included with future reports.
