Arrests

Probation violation — William Earl Hale, 56, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

Unlawful possession of a forged instrument, theft of property — Sabrina Pierre-Louis, 24, of Wellington, Fla., arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Giving false information to law enforcement, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property, failure to appear-theft of property — Brenda Kay Copeland, 44, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 E at Convent Road.

Forfeitures-driving without first obtaining a license, headlights required — Zachary James Moore, 18, of Albertville arrested on Highway 69 at Highway 67.

Theft of property — Mikayla Illora Ryan, 20, of Vinemont arrested on Olive St. SW.

Forfeitures-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane usage — John Christopher Bently, 31, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeiture-insurance violation — Amber Brooke Nixon, 21, of Cullman arrested on St. Joseph Drive.

Incidents

Assault — Olive St. SW.

Theft of property, fraudulent use of credit card — Olive St. SW, billfold w/contents-$217.

Giving false information to law enforcement, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Highway 278 E at Convent Road, hypodermic syringe, glass smoking device-$3, arrest made.

Identity theft, fraudulent use of a debit/credit card — City of Cullman, debit card-$317.

Theft of property — Dialsdale Drive SW, bag of miscellaneous jewelry-$2,000.

Theft of property, forgery — McNabb Road SW, 2 bank checks-$10,663.

Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, store merchandise-$55.

Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, store merchandise-$55, arrest made.

Violation of protection order — Heritage Park, Lee Ave. SW.

Violation of protection order — Cherokee Ave. SW.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Chasity Rebecca Baker, 33, arrested in Cullman.

Domestic violence — Rickey Lynn Chaney, 48, arrested in Cullman.

Failures to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, alias-no drivers license issued — Brenda Kay Copeland, 44, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-improper lights — Miranda Madonna Evans, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to pay child support — Elijah Dewayne Hamilton, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, improper equipment — Bobby Hanners, 23, arrested in Cullman.

Failure to appear-operating a vehicle without insurance — Billy James, 21, arrested in Cullman.

Public intoxication, illegal possession of alcohol — Samuel Keith Johnson, 53, arrested in Cullman.

Probation revocation-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Shona Randall Long, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation revocation-theft of property — Ashley Dawn Lott, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-criminal trespassing — Timmy Maurice Philyaw, 45, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-criminal mischief — William Shelton Stevens, 24, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Alias-driving while license revoked — Steven Ashley Torbert, 31, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence-harassment — Gabriel Grant Viayra, 20, arrested in Cullman.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Timothy Justin Williams, 25, arrested in Cullman.

Incidents

Theft of property — County Road 497.

Theft of property — County Road 449.

Harassment — County Road 1233.

Harassment — County Road 843.

Burglary — County Road 490.

Theft of property — County Road 1625.

Dog bite — County Road 1225.
