Arrests, incidents reports for Monday, Oct. 7, 2013

CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

• Leaving the scene of an accident — Anna Kathleen Aaron, 24, of Cullman arrested on 3rd Ave. SE.

• Theft of property — Michael Chris Lippincott, 42, of Cullman arrested on Clover Road.

Incidents

• Criminal mischief — Industrial Park Road, 2009 Chevrolet Aveo.

• Forgery — Olive St. SW, check-$500.

• Lost property — 2nd Ave. NE, wallet/cash-$310.

Here is a look at the incidents reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Monday:

Arrests

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — Benjamin Douglas Aldridge, 19, arrested on County Road 616 at County Road 587.

• Domestic violence — Edward Earl Edmondson, 48, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Saundra Kay Harbison, 48, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Probation violation-theft of property — Rebecca Gail Henson, 33, arrested on Highway 69 S.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Misti Sharee McClintock, 38, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Criminal mischief, domestic violence — Jeffery Phillip Mims, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Domestic violence — Joey Heath Netherton, 39, arrested on County Road 1634.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — Patrick Alexander Pajao Jr., 18, arrested on County Road 616 at County Road 587.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Tiffany Lashay Payne, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Vickie Lee Tanner, 45, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Incidents

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — County Road 616 at County Road 587.

• Assault — County Road 1728.

• Burglary — County Road 1223.

• Criminal mischief — County Road 1634.

• Domestic violence — County Road 452.

• Domestic violence — County Road 1634.
