• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Christopher Jerome Weeks, 35, arrested at the Day’s Inn on Highway 278 for first three counts and on 4th St. SW for possession charges.
