Wreck leaves one injured

One person was injured during a mid-morning accident involving a Cullman Electric Cooperative bucket truck on Alabama Highway 157 Friday.

According to a spokesperson from the Cullman Police Department, the driver of the Jeep Wrangler was reaching for  a cell phone when the vehicle veered into oncoming traffic.

The driver of the Jeep was taken by ambulance to Cullman Regional Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries.
