CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday and Tuesday:

• Public intoxication — Teresa Darlene Ballard, 47, of Vinemont arrested on Eva Road NE.

• Public intoxication — Charles Daniel Simmons, 52, of Logan arrested on Eva Road NE.

• Public intoxication — Tina Denise Scott, 47, of Southhaven, Miss., arrested on Eva Road.

• Assault — Timothy Austen Wallace, 20, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Disorderly conduct — Christopher James Ruffcorn, 29, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

• Failures to appear-attempt to elude, driving while license revoked — Christopher Shane Wright, 37, of Warrior arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Disorderly conduct — Christopher James Ruffcorn, 29, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

• Failures to appear-running red light, driving while license revoked — Brandon Clark Prince, 21, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

There were no incidents reported for Monday.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-unlawful possession of marijuana — William Scott Hanes, 31, arrested on 9th St. NE.

• Probation denied-receiving stolen property, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Curtis Randall Hanners, 46, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Probation denied-unlawful possession of a controlled substance (3 counts) — Danny Raylee Hudson, 34, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Domestic violence — Richard Shane Pearce, 36, arrested on Cherokee Ave.
