The Cullman Times
Anyone planning to stay the night in Cullman for the two-day Rock the South music festival might be out of luck if they haven’t already made accommodations.
With the first night of the Heritage Park festival kicking off tonight with headliners Sara Evans, The Band Perry and Scotty McCreery, virtually every hotel reports they are completely booked.
Many reservations were made weeks and months in advance, and officials say the effect of drawing that large a crowd to the area for two days could have a great economic benefit.
The festival continues Saturday with acts such as Gregg Allman and Hank Williams, Jr.
