4 injured in separate accidents in Cullman area

CULLMAN — Four people were injured Saturday in two unrelated car accidents in Cullman County.

A one-vehicle accident occurred at exit 304 on Interstate 65 at 5:55 a.m. involving Adrian Byrd, 43, of Bessemer, who was driving a 2010 Dodge. He was injured, along with his passenger James Cornelius, 34, of Oneonta. Both occupants were wearing seatbelts.

An unrelated one-vehicle accident occurred on County Road 940, one mile north of Crane Hill at 11:40 p.m. on Sunday night. Sean Henley, 21, of Addison was driving a 1995 Ford. He was injured in the accident and wearing a seatbelt. His passenger, Glynnis Henley, 27, of Addison was also injured and wearing a seatbelt. 

Alabama State Troopers are investigating both accidents.
