Arrests

• Theft of property, criminal mischief; failure to appear-theft of property — Bobby L. Hanners, 25, of Logan arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Theft of property — Brandi E. Stallings, 31, of Cullman arrested at Walmart.

Incidents

• Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Denny’s, damage to 2009 Nissan 370Z.

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, cellphone-$179.

• Theft of property, criminal mischief — Belk, Cullman Shopping Center, cologne-$68.

• Identity theft — Wellington Circle.

• Criminal trespassing — Walmart, Olive St. SW, arrest made.

• Probation denied-unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Nathan Paul Bailey, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

• Domestic violence — Andrew Jackson Brown, 39, arrested on County Road 702.

• Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Randy Davis, 45, arrested on Highway 69 at Highway 67.

• Domestic violence, unlawful possession of marijuana — Christopher Lamar Drummond, 28, arrested on County Road 27.

• Probation denied-unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (4 counts), unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Robin Samantha Elliott, 31, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Criminal mischief — Alton Shane Hale, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Cruelty to a dog or cat — Charles Alan Lang, 50, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-assault — Brandon Gene Overton, 23, arrested at the Economy Inn.

• Domestic violence (2 counts), public intoxication, resisting arrest — Cody Wade Pate, 27, arrested on County Road 230.

• Public intoxication — James Lassiter Pullium, 28, arrested on County Road 1354.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (4 counts) — Eddie Lamar Yates, 52, arrested on Highway 278 W.

• Failures to appear-driving while license revoked (2 counts) — Alvin Jackson Holland Jr., 56, arrested in Battleground.

• Failure to appear-illegal possession of a prescription medication — Bethany Nichole Holloway, 34, arrested on County Road 715.

• DUI-alcohol — Meagan Elizabeth Marion, 24, arrested on Highway 231.

• Writ of arrest-child support — Shawn Edward Swann, 34, arrested on County Road 566.

• Interfering with a domestic violence emergency — Christopher Wayne Whatley, 39, arrested on County Road 702.
