Theft of property — Cullman City Schools, 2nd Ave. NE, Dell Latitude laptop-$600.
Burglary — 2nd Ave. NW, intake manifold 2 carburators, Dyna Glow kerosene heater, tools, Dremel kit-$3,700.
Burglary — 2nd Ave. NW, Coleman popup tent-$150.
Burglary, criminal mischief — Gold Star Self Storage, 2nd Ave. NW, doors and fence damaged-$5,000.

Arrests
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Christi Brockman, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Grand jury-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance (meth) — Barney Lindenmayer, 42, arrested at the Hamilton A&I.
Child in need of supervision — Elizabeth Speegle, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Domestic incident — Jerry Brooks, 61, arrested on County Road 1193.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Michael Grimm, 40, arrested on I-65 at the 310 on ramp.
Failure to appear/pay/comply — Angel Frady, 43, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Burglary — Jacob Connell, 26, arrested at the Warrior Police Department.
Incidents
Criminal mischief — County Road 702.
Burglary — County Road 1428.
Burglary — County Road 223.
Domestic violence — County Road 1193.
Theft of property — County Road 1709.
Theft of property — Red Hill Road.

Woman convicted of rape sentenced to 75 years
After being convicted of first degree rape in March, Dianne Kathy Robertson, 56, of Cullman was sentenced to 75 years with the chance of parole on Tuesday in Circuit Court.
